The private room was spacious with a stunning view of the mountains. the staff were helpful and attentive, providing excellent service. the food was delicious, and the service was fast. the location was close to a key temple and the market, making it easy to explore the area.
The noise level was a little high, and the lack of soundproofing from the restaurant on the 4th floor and outside noise meant that the door window needed a curtain. the location was a bit of a walk from the main square, and uphill, making it challenging to return after dark.

New Year's at this hotel was an absolute blast! We loved the cozy and clean rooms that even had charging ports next to the bed. The food was yummy, especially the home-cooked dinner. The best part was the location, walking distance from the main street for shopping and close to the Monastery of the Dalai Lama. We enjoyed the views from the large balcony of our spacious room.
The walk to the hotel is quite steep, and it can get really dark at night. We definitely suggest using a flashlight to get up the hill or taking a taxi.
